These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and DSK Nexus ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of our website (dsknexus.co.za) and the products we develop, including MatricBase (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Use of our website and products

The Services are provided to help you learn about DSK Nexus, get in touch with us, and use the applications we build. You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Individual products, such as MatricBase, may be subject to their own additional terms specific to that product's functionality. Where those terms conflict with this document, the product-specific terms govern for that product.
